How to use:

To use as a  shampoo bar just wet your hair thoroughly and  rub it right on to your hair or lather it in your hands and then apply to hair to create a lather. Check out blog post on shampoo bars for more information. 

To use as for shaving or as a soap simple lather up on your body.
