Returns and Refunds
We hope you will like our products. However, if you are unhappy with your items please advise us within 3 days of receipt of the item if this is the case.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for hygiene reasons, such as toothbrushes.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund can be granted, for example, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
